Alright mommies, I know we are mothers but we need to also take care of ourselves as well! Through out my pregnancy I noticed that my pigment got darker and my spot where very vivid (I suffered for acne for years and sadly have the scars to prove it). Since I was pregnant I was afraid of putting anything on my skin that would harm the baby. Now that I am 7 month post partum I am trying to find away to revitalize my face. So here are the products that I am currently using.
I have to admit , starting solids has been really challenging. There so much to choose , so many options. My brain is on complete overload. Not only that but our blender broke. So now how was I going to make baby food ? We decided not to get a new blender. Since we rarely used the last one. I had to do some research and figure out a way to make baby food.
I don’t know what I was thinking. In the back of my head I thought this will be some well deserve time off from work. In my brain (first time mother syndrome is to blame for this) I though that baby will go down for naps and pretty much nap 24/7. Boy did reality shock me out of that real fast, real quick. So let me tell you future mothers, especially you first time mothers, that maternity leave is work not paid for one year vacation but hard work, emotionally mentally and physically.
